Our Mission
The mission of the Information Technology Department is committed to assist in the implementation of technology to support a learning environment without boundaries.

Information Technology Systems transforms the learning process in which communities collaborate and create new learning experiences for all learners.
Our vision and focus is to partner and provide our administration, educational support staff, and students excellent customer service, network infrastructure, system administration, educational software, computing devices, instructional and assistive technology supports, and technology professional development.
How do I Request Technology Support?
Below are several ways that you can contact the AERO Information Technology Department:
Employee Technical Support Services and Projects - Please fill out a Help Desk Request form on MyAero. The Help Desk Request form is located in the MyAero Staff Forms portal or the Information Technology portal on MyAero. You can also reach the Information Technology Help Desk by dialing extension 110 or reaching us directly at telephone number 708.496.5610.

Technology Professional Development Services - Individualized and group training sessions are available to all employees. At anytime you can request a training by contacting an Information Technology team member.
We always look forward to helping you achieve your classroom educational goals with the use of technology.

Part Time Employees, Board Members, District Employees, Parents, and Community Members - Please email the Information Technology Department at
